The fleet

Four passenger units and one hauler.

Four automatics for carrying people and one manual for carrying things. Pick by how many are riding and how much you are bringing. If you are not sure which one fits, message us with the plan, the number of passengers, the dates and where you are going, and we will point you at the right unit.

The units

Toyota Wigo 2025 A/T Daily, weekly or monthly · The small automatic. Easiest to park in Cebu City traffic. Good for one or two people doing errands around the city.
Toyota Vios 2025 A/T Daily, weekly or monthly · The sedan, with a proper boot for luggage. Good for trips with the family, and it can be dressed with flowers as a wedding car.
Toyota Avanza 2025 A/T Daily, weekly or monthly · Seven seats. For the whole family, an out-of-town trip, or a group that would otherwise need two cars.
Mitsubishi Xpander 2025 A/T Daily, weekly or monthly · The other seven-seater, a crossover-style MPV. The one to take when there are both people and bags.
Suzuki Carry (L300) M/T Daily, weekly or monthly · Manual, and built for loads rather than passengers. For moving house, hauling stock, or a delivery run the cars cannot take.

How you take it

Self-drive

You drive. Bring your licence and the requirements we will list when you book, and the unit is yours for the agreed days.

With a driver

We provide the driver with the unit. Useful if you do not drive, do not know the roads, or would rather rest or work on the way.

Cebu City tour

A day around Cebu City with a unit and a driver. Tell us the stops you want and we will work out the route and the hours.

Rates depend on the unit, how long you keep it, and whether you drive it yourself. Message us on Facebook with your dates for the current rate and the requirements.

Registered, and the receipt proves it

3tonz Car Rental, on Facebook as Emmba's Car Rental, works out of Mandaue City and rents to people in Mandaue and Cebu City. The line-up is short: a Toyota Wigo, Vios and Avanza and a Mitsubishi Xpander, all 2025 automatics, plus a Suzuki Carry for the loads a car cannot take.

The other half of it is being above board. 3tonz is BIR registered and DTI registered, and every rental comes with an official receipt. That matters if you are claiming the cost back at work, and it matters if something goes wrong and you need a paper trail.

Take a unit for a day, a week or a month, and drive it yourself or take a driver with it. Wedding cars are part of the work too, as the photos show. If you are visiting and would rather see the city than navigate it, we also run Cebu City tours with a driver.
